Coach Ted Borgerding has spent the last 16 years training and developing athletes of all ages. Although he has excelled training athletes at the highest levels, in NBA, NFL, MLB, ATP/WTA and International Olympic athletes, his passion is in creating long term athletic developmental programming that serves athletes as young as 5-years-old. When coach Ted is not training athletes, he can be found playing sports and games with his wife and four kids.

COACH CHRISTY

SOCCER

Coach Christy is a pediatric sports medicine physical therapist and PhD candidate, studying sports-related injuries and physical literacy. She works with kids of all ages, who play all types of sports, from adaptive rock climbing to elite basketball. Christy has played soccer at the collegiate and professional levels, both in the United States and abroad. When she's not training with her soccer team, she loves cycling, rock climbing, and yoga.

COACH JESS

ADAPTIVE FUNDAMENTALS CLASS

Coach Jess is a fitness and sports enthusiast and founder of Flex for Access, a nonprofit with a vision to help societal perception of disability evolve, and to allow all individuals regardless of limitations, fitness level and interest, the ability to be engaged in exercise and sport.

COACH CODY

TENNIS

Coach Cody is currently a third year at Emory University studying psychology on the Pre-Physical Therapy Track. She started playing tennis at the age of 9 and has continued on to playing in college. She has helped coach summer camps in the past and loves working with kids. When not playing tennis, she loves to hike, go to the gym, and spend time with friends and family!

COACH SONALI

TENNIS

Coach Sonali began playing tennis at age 9 in India. She began by playing at the school and collegiate level and has been playing at the professional level for 10 years now. She enjoys coaching kids and loves music, cycling and Zumba. Her motto is to engage kids with any kind of sports which they enjoy, learn and have fun.

COACH TORREY

TENNIS

Coach Torrey has been a coach in the Atlanta area for over 25 years. He as a two-sport college athlete and has coached tennis at all levels: from the little ones just starting school to competitive academy level juniors, to traveling the world coaching several pros. Torrey is now the Executive Director of AYTEF - the Atlanta Youth Tennis & Education Foundation, a non-profit serving the underserved through tennis. Coach Torrey is also a father of two.
